NOVEMBER HCMG MEETING
When: Tuesday evening, November 20th, beginning at 6:30
p.m., at the Chicopee Woods Agricultural Center Activities
Building.
Special Guests: The teachers and principals supporting our
Junior Master Gardener Program.
Guest Speaker: Glenda Thompson, President of the Cherokee
County Master Gardeners.
Special Agenda Items:
Election of Officers for 2008.
Vote of proposed amendments to the HCMG By-Laws (See
proposal in the latest Quarterly Newsletter at
www.hcmgs.com)
PLEASE BRING A COVERED DISH, SALAD , OR DESSERT.
We need all members to attend this important meeting!
UPCOMING EVENT
Our annual Holiday Party is scheduled for Tuesday evening,
December 11, beginning at 6:30 p.m., and will be held at
Jaemor Farms in its special meeting facility.
HCMG will provide turkey and ham, but we ask members to
bring a covered dish, salad, or dessert. Alcoholic
beverages are not permitted at Jaemor.
Also, we invite you to bring your spouses to enjoy our
party as well.
In lieu of exchange gifts, we will be soliciting special
contributions for the Junior Master Gardener program. A
list of suggested items will be published prior to the
party.
Some surprise events are planned for this meeting – but no
business agenda. All members are encouraged to attend.
